******* deduction by MFC Direct Insurance Brokers

I wish to forward a complaint regarding MFC Direct Insurance Brokers.

They deducted two months of insurance payment off my account, totaling R1300, in error and *******ly.

I specifically informed them that I was insured, and that thereafter whilst my car was at the Supergroup Isuzu dealership it was under the Supergroup insurance, however they still commenced with debiting my account without permission.
