Deducting and no communication, terrible company

No customer service and continue deducting from my account told them what is happening no reply or communication

I have sent an email to you and you promised to get back to me in 7 days as you are still awaiting feedback from VW Philwest, its ks clear that you dont care about me as a client as you have me in debt now.

If i am informing you that i am not happy and with the vehicle within the window period, giving you valid reasons that you can see but yet you do not show any interest as long as you are debiting from someone you call a client, this is clear exploitation and its a lot of money you are taking from me while i am saying that i do not want that car.

VW sold me a damaged car and stated it as new and now refusing to give me a nee car yet nothing is being done about that, this is taking advantage of you clients and very poor service.

Its clear that you do not care about the implications and what that i could have died from your factory fault because the car just stopped what if i was in the middle of the road and that caused an accident i could have died from, but it would be a better thing for you because you cant even take accountability while i am alive.

I am so dissatisfied and disgusted with Mfc and VW Philwest and VW south africa, it shows that these brands exploit and reap clients off. I will fight for my freedom and will not take a second hand car while i bought and paying for a new car.
