Deduct R9000 for a R2750 intalment???
After three years with MFC my account fell in arrears. I paid as much as i could until i was falling too far behind and my boyfriend offered to help. We signed the auth docs and they did not deduct R2,755 on 30 July as agreed, they deducted the instalment plus the arrears in one deduction of R9000. That was not authorised. This is why people would rather not pay their car's after they fall behind. I have been in contact with Tania from MFC, she never responds to emails and her ****y attitude is just precious. I called again now and still waiting on good old Tania. So now my boyfriend can't pay his rent because of trying to assist. If this is not resolved soon, the he will be forced to cancel the agreement and we're all back to square one. No job. low, payment.

02 Aug 2019, 10:49Thank you, we have cancelled/reversed the payment and the payer would like to cancel his permissions. He is not liable for the debt so please make the necessary arrangements to reinstate the instalments on my old bankaccount. I would fee l better if he sent the money through monthly rather than get caught like this again.

02 Aug 2019, 16:46Thank you to Esmerelda who got into touch with Tania's manager. Naomi called me and i missed the call. I asked Esmerelda to please ask her to call back because the phone only rang a few seconds. After much waiting and no return call i emailed Esmerelda again and told her that i wanted my account reverted back to my old details, everything back to square one. I advised Esmerelda that i can make payment plus an extra R1500 over the next 4 months to cover the arrears. The debit order form asked for R2758 on the 30th of each month. The amount that deducted was incorrect as well as the date. Naomi got the the details correct but she never got the message to call me back it seems. Here follows Naomi's email...

Thank you for the email.
I’ve tried to phone you again to discuss the account but there is no answer.
We can accept the arrangement to pay an additional amount of R1,500.00 from 1/9/19 on receipt of the following:
- Proof of payment for minimum amount of R2,716.70 (monthly instalment)
- Completed debit order form with supporting document. Attached please find the debit order form.
- Insurance details of the vehicle
- Proof of address
- Confirmation of payment due date. You refer to the 30th of the month but the current date is set for the 1st of each month (????????????????????)
Please provide me with the above by no later than Tuesday, 6/8/19 to finalise the matter.
Trust you find the above in order.
