Declined yet good payment history

<p>Audi app**** on my behalf for refinancing with MFC. I was declined because apparently I cannot "manage my existing account". What nonsense! My car has never ever been in arrears. I pay early every month via eft because your debit order system it *******. I am actually in over R2000 credit (you sent me a letter of that the other day) so how in god's name do you claim I do not handle this account well? When for the past three years it is up to date? Yet you won't finance me further? And you say such defamatory things about me to Audi which are not true? I demand an answer before I take this to the press and my attorney. </p>
