Declined payment arrangement

on the 11th November i saw online that if you are having financial difficulties you can make arrangements for payment and did not state that if your debt is less than 12 months you wont qualify for relief. i have asked MFC for just one month break as i am having financial difficulties currently and would love to fix so that i can get back to my regular payments, i have asked that i only do not pay for November then will start again in December. i would not ask for this if i had a plan and i thought this options were available to consumers to assist, so if they deduct and reverse it as i need it to sort out my financial challenge it will be a problem. what must one do then? my husband is not working and busy with school transport since its December there will be no income from his side. now my request has been declined. i would really appreciate if they could reconsider
