Deceased son's account *** settled in full. Still reflects balance outstanding!!!!!

<p>My son passed away on the 13/12/2015. I informed MFC of his passing and received a response on the 18/12/2015 informing me of the process/way forward. The death certificate was submitted on the day of receipt which was 28/12/2015. No further correspondence was received until the 8/1/2016.</p> <p>I asked for the banking details on the 12/1/2016 to enable me to make payment for the December instalment since my Late son's account was closed and we wanted to take the vehicle over.<span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';"> The payment was received by MFC on the 14/1/2016.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';">The total balance outstanding was settled on the 8/3/2016. The Attorneys administering the Estate required a statement for submission to the Master and noticed that there were discrepancies. For instance on the 14/3/2016 a debit was raised for R8062.73 in respect of manual closure, yet the account still reflects a balance outstanding of R8665.54.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';">I tried to reach Lebogang Modise who originally worked on my Late son's account, however, she is away on leave. Rosy Joseph who is standing in for her does not even reply to my e-mails. I have also been in telephonic contact with Thulani Nkosi on 4-5 different occasions with no success. He just keeps on saying he is waiting for finanace and will get back to me!</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';">This matter is delaying the finalization of the Estate. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';">Can someone with authority please sort this matter out for me??</span></p> <p> </p>
