Deceased Estate

Nobody seems to know what needs to happen. This is frustrating as we now do not know what to do.<br> <br> My mother passed away on the 14th of January. She had vehicle finance with MFC and included in her installments was credit life insurance. Relevant forms were submitted last week. My dad has a letter of authority from the high court in handling her estate. Today when my dad went to enquire with progress he was told there is an additional form that must be completed at Estcourt where my mother passed away. We live in umlazi. further to this the vehicle must be taken away and kept in storage at R30 a day will be charged. Now where is wisdom in this. All installments are up to date till her death and now MFC wants to repossess her vehicle. What is the credit life insurance for then? My father is still grieving while trying to settle our mother's estate.He is also a pensioner.<br> <br> Can we receive clear feedback and reasonable means to close this matter.
