Debt Review not lifted after almost a year!!

I’ve been under debt review, but in January 2020 the court declared that I am not over indebted anymore and released a rescind order. All my debt are settled except MFC as stipulated in the court document, but MFC must lift my debt review status as on my credit profile at the NCR I am not listed under debt review anymore. I have called MFC twice and both calls the call centre agent gave me a two different persons names to call. I couldn’t reach them on the numbers provided. I have the court order etc. so why can’t MFC update update my status? On Transunion and at the credit bureau it shows not under debt review, so how can it show on MFC’s system???? Totally unacceptable. Definitely the last time I will use MFC for vehicle finance!!!!
