Debt review application

On 15 September 2015 a guy called Francois phoned me and told me he received orders from MFC (Mr Sepenyane confirmed yesterday telephonically that he gave the order) to have my car confiscated due to non payment. I told Francois that I am currently applying for debt review but due to my mother that is linked to my home loan they will not continue with the application) I phoned my debt counsellor and told him what was about to happen...With my lawyers advice I told Francois without a court order I am not going to give him my car and that there will be a court date on the 28th of September for my debt review application.<br> I spoke yesterday to Mzwandile to ask him what was going on and he confirmed that my application with MFC are rejected and my mom (a pensioner and living with me and my two daughters) will withdraw money from her investment to pay R4000 for some of the arrears. My debt/c send all the forms and necessary documentation to him and have been dealing with him for months... I'm a single mom and I need my car for getting to work and getting my kids to school.
