Debits at free will
After payment arrangement MFC debits a double installment plus the amount arranged. Only reponse from tele operator is, I apologize. She surely did not sound apologetic. Now I have to wait 3 days for my refund and then carry on fighting for my penalty fees for all other debit orders. Incompetence at its best.
