Debited my account without my knowledage
To my horror Yesterday R2200.00 was deducted from my cheque account, after several calls made to Nedbank , nobody could tell me who debited my account but just that it was a magtape and to call back today. After nearly 1hour on the phone I was told that the hub debited my account but I didn't have any debited order with the Hub, All Nedbank has done was told me to contact the Hub, I asked Nedbank to reverse the money back to my account and was told they cant. REALLY WE DON'T HAVE CONTROL OVER OUR OWN MONEY ANYMORE AND THE NEDBANK ARE SO UNHELPFUL, REALLY DISAPPOINT
