Debit order went off for my fully paid off vehicle

I settled my vehicle on 20 October. Fully paid off. On 26 October, I had a debit order of over R3800 come off my bank account. I called MFC and was told to send my bank statement to them, which I did immediately. I still have no refund. When will you give me my money back?
