DEBIT ORDER TAKEN ON INCORRECT DAY
HOW CAN MFC TAKE A DEBIT ORDER BEFORE THE AGREED DATE???? THIS IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT! The agreed date is the LAST DAY OF THE MONTH! I purposely chose this date so I can be sure there are funds in my account. Being BEFORE payday there were NO funds! I called your contact centre who were not interested and did not care! Is MFC looking to affect everyone's credit ratings and reposes cars? Today I will look for a new finance house to refinance my car - even if it costs me more!
