Debit order STILL not sorted!!

MFC last debited my account in February 2021. I called about this twice already and both times I was told it will be sorted out. Two months later the debit is still not sorted. Then you are very quick to send me text messages about my account being in arrears when you are the ones not fixing the problem. I have had to do Eft payments (which will be late) as soon an I notice that the money is still in the account. Please fix this.
