Debit Order Reversal

I had vehicle finance through MFC, unfortunately I was involved in an MVA and the vehicle written off, I advised MFC that the debit order had gone off my account and supp**** Amanda Shneider with all the relevant AOL and bank statements, she advised it would take 7 working days to refund the debited amount, Its been just short of a month and still no refund, I cannot get hold of her , I have spent a total of 86 minutes on different occasions attempting to resolve this with still no joy. I am extremely disappointed and reading some of the other complaints on this site about MFC I will most definitely not finance another vehicle through them.
