Debit Order goes off before getting paid

Debit order goes off before I get paid. For example this month I will be paid on the 30th (Monday) but the debit order went off Friday (27th) morning. This resulted in me having no fuel and affected my other commitments I had to take me to my pay date. I have other accounts, and other service providers and I do not have this problem. I also have an excellent credit record. Not sure why MFC needs to deduct before the time. If they do not trust that I can honour the commitment, why offer me the credit for my vehicle? this is a very selfish approach that only benefits MFC and not the clients. I believe this is an ********* practice and makes the contract debit order date pointless. Had I known I would have this continuous problem I would not have chosen MFC and rather used an institution that align to my values. To send a text that says to align with my salary date, that is still to come, on the 30th Monday, is really just a lie.
