Debit order date change

Im not getting an joy from MFC. I'm trying to change my Debit Order date to the 1st of every month because I'm currently temping and I getting paid on the last day of the month. They don't want to change the date. All my other debit orders have changed my payment date expect for MFC. I can't even cancel my debit order!!! The call center kept me waiting for 30min to get supervisor to attend to my query. These banks say we must contact them when we experience hardships but when we reach out to them we are taken from pillar to post. I'm so disappointed!
