debit order

<p>I asked for debit order date to be changed to the 26th of each month, I have sent several requests, i logged a complain in September and the guy said he changed it. come the 20th October the debit order again went on the 20th i asked him how come he said its changed but again this month its goes again on the 20th. what should i really do with mfc to change my debit order? other banks changed it but not with this one. am incurrring charges and my credit score is getting ruined.</p>
