Death Case

Good Morning<br> <br> My mother passed on 25/ 05/2013 and she was finance by MFC and apparently she did not have life cover, I submitted everything to the bank and I requested to use the car until I settle it, Process of claims takes time but I have been fair paying monthly instalments until last year december, I requested a settlement amount last year in december and I was given an outstanding amount by the consultant I have been dealing with from the beginning, and when I did my research the amount i was given, account was put into legal when i submitted documentation and I was given the same amount which exclude monthly instalments that i have been paying from 2013 to 2014. still now when i requested settlement amount I was still given the same amount and the consultant I have been dealing with He was rude and now he still giving me the same information.<br> <br> My understand is it means motor finance doesn't have settlements they only have outstandings. The company for my mom's claims want to processed the payment but I need the settlement amount included instalments that i have been paying every month.<br> <br> Please I need someone from the bank to assist me.
