In 2017 I was contacted by MFC for additional cover which would have been added onto my monthly installments, the person who contacted me advised it is extra cover for the next 2 years which covers services and repairs underwritten by Innovations Group. Nearing the end of my 2 years I just contacted the call centre and was advised that the service expired as I've reached as I've reached a certain km amount - which is not a problem. However I was told that I will continue paying for this additional cover until my last installment on my vehicle cover which is an additional three years. How fair is it to pay for a policy that covers services if I cannot use it but I need to continue paying for it. Those terms were never explained to me otherwise I would never have taken it. I wish to have that cover cancelled with immediate effect! I simply refuse to pay for a policy which I will never be able to use.
