I am one of the customers whose vehicle was financed by MFC. I am not happy and I believe I am being ******. I requested a settlement quote from MFC last year in November. MFC provided the settlement figure which I paid during the same month. However, to my surprise they now claim there is an outstanding balance. This is really absurd as I obtained the settlement figure from them. Where does the outstanding balance come from as I settled the account with the amount they advised? I need clarity on this matter. <br> <br> I would appreciate if they got hold of me to fix this matter.
