Customers have no rights with debt

It's been 2 years now that I am short pay my instalment due to less income and interest rate ,again was I phoned and rudely attacked by phone ,again today ,but they do not give assistance regarding my problem ,they don't escalate the matter or take me informing them about my problem seriously ,no.i must give the care back because if I can't afford the total payment because the government are changing the interest rate or I get less income it is still my problem .last week I was contacted for my address to pick up my car .there is no application or assistance what so ever,that works ,if you are struggling ,you will loose you're vehicle or property with Nedbank .
