Customer Complaint Zero Feedback

What a horrible experience, endless emails to the complaint department and Zero response. It's like you get financed and left for the sharks to swallow you whole. This is real lives that are at involved. Do you even understand what it takes to build your name up and have it taken down, when we no longer can afford to pay. You helped us finance a vehicle from heartless people. The vehicle is still at the mechanic and we are left in the dark. What happened to customers protection and going that extra mile. Where is the service. I'm horribly disgusted in this poor service
