current mfc fiance up to date

Hello I made payment of 1200 into mfc account from.capitec on 6/11/2015 due date is 7 of every month.then on the 9/11/2015 I made cash eft transfer of R30000 into mfc .today I get a call from collection department wanting payment I try explaining to the agent you makin a mistake he was not understanding.payment didn't reflect cause of weekend.I am excellent payer no defaults.I app**** at paalwag motors in cape town to buy another mk1 golf 2010 model for R75000.due to mfc error I am at default.I got decline by mfc .as a five star payer.I am very up set .I want to talk to the right person .I am willing to givin deposit as security to get new fiance as my current finance is paid up .I an very up set this effects my itc .all other accounts is up to date.this is very unfair to the consumer.every month banks want payment .payment is done .what the hell is going on.I sent proof of payment to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] I told siyanda to inform finance division my account is in order an paid .he only says up dated in system .I told him please tell them asap otherwise I wil get decline.now I cant get the car I want .this pathetic service .yet payment on time
