CRUEL AND HEARTLESS

I'm entitled to making arrangements to pay my vehicle, but they've been sending collectors to harrass me so to force my hand at selling the car or reposseing it.

I told them them that my Covid19 situation hasn't allowed me to pay the full amount for now. I'd need a break to pay the difference and then look towards paying back the full amount when I can. Cruel and heartless people.
