CREDIT SHORTFALL POLICY CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTIFICATION
<p>My policy ********** 02834 was cancelled without notifying me. I have tried all morning to get assistance but i have been hanging on for 20+ minutes for the credit shortfall department to answer their phones. This is pathetic service.</p> <p>This policy needs to be reinstated immediately.</p> <p> </p>
