Credit Life Insurance ****!!!!

I Recently got retrenched and i have a VAF with Nedbank (MFC), when i took the vehicle loan i was aware that part of my installment goes towards credit life insurance and this would pay for my installments in the event of death, retrenchment etc, now that i am retrenched no one at Nedbank (MFC) knows about the credit life insurance claim procedure i keep getting transferred from one person to the next, and know one there knows about credit life insurance and how to claim from it, When you take on a loan with Nedbank they handle the whole administration of credit life insurance its even billed into your installments, but when you want to claim this is a whole different story, no one knows their contact numbers email address or even that they exist.<br> Please MFC train your call center staff to transfers us to the correct departments (Credit Life Insurance) or even help us facilitate the claims process I AM YOUR CLIENTS AFTER ALL <br> <br>
