CREDIT CARD

Last month I received an sms that my credit card will soon expire and a day or 2 later a consultant call me and I told her that my card can be delivered at East Rand Mall branch as it's so much convenient for me.but today I received an sms saying my card is delivered at Sunward park and when I called the credit department the lady I spoke to says to get the card moved to East Rand I will have to pay for that fee.im failing to understand and I will NOT pay for someone else negligence can I please have my card delivered at Eastrand FOR FREE as I was promised
