CREDIT ABUSE

Absolutely disgusted with the level of service received . Account been over debited , after numerous complaints , arguments and phone call some of the money credited after acknowledgement from MFC that too much was taken off . Only to receive 2 further phone calls informing me that the account is now overdue again . This resulted in my Bond application to be declined . Management has been full of promises but to no avail . I am done with the whole of Nedgroup , all my accounts will me moved to an alternative service provider as soon as possible .
