Covid relief incorrectly marked on Transunion credit profile
Approved for covid relief in April 2020 with Nedbank.Debit order resumed in July 2020. Transunion credit report shows MFC marked as E = Terms extended for April on my credit report. My score has dropped .The credit report indicates one or more credit accounts are overdue and missed payments in vehicle finance accounts. ALL other accounts are in Green. I cannot believe how useless Nedbank is,I have made every single payment, my personal loan with Nedbank is correct even though it had covid relief but MFC incorrect. Please correct urgently!
