On 11 February 2015 I traded a Porsche Cayenne for a Mercedes ML at Weriba Motors Gesina, owner Barnie van Deventer. <br> Within 3 days I got a report from Dekra stating that the Air-suspension and computer box regulating the lights etc is faulty - a report later confirmed by Mercedes Benz and SVDS Motors. Within my legal period I asked that the deal be cancelled as the Mercedes was faulty. <br> MFC however informed me that I could not cancel the deal, although it was my legal right to do it. Now it is 5 months later, some of the faulty points I was forced to replace out of pocket. I have also send MFC proof of at least 6 other people who was done in in similar fashion by Barnie and Weriba.<br> Not only has Barnie not paid for the Mercedes to be fixes he also have not settled the trade in (Porsche), which I have been paying for the past 5 months while the car is in his possession.<br> Even in the face of overwhelming evidence that Barnie and Weriba is *******, MFC has done nothing to assist me and is still financing his ******* deals. <br> How many more people must be *****ed by this ************ dealer before MFC will act?
