It is crucial for her to understand the importance of fulfilling her responsibilities. Instead of dismissing my concerns as nonsensical, she should have focused on addressing the issue at hand. Fortunately, when I reached out again just two minutes later, Keletso provided exceptional assistance. She was incredibly helpful and displayed genuine kindness. Keletso successfully identified the problem, which was that I had made a payment that was not properly allocated by MFC.
