Contract restructuring

This is the third time i am writing a review for the same matter.I am currently in arrears for two months due to financial difficulties and the breakdown of my vehicle. Initially, I was one month in arrears and intended to settle it last month. However, while traveling to Limpopo, my vehicle broke down, and I also had to fund the unveiling ceremony for my late mother and purchase a tombstone, as I am the sole breadwinner in my family. These obligations, together with the fact that my vehicle is still not repaired, have further strained my financial situation. In light of these circumstances, I submitted a request for debt restructuring. I received an email confirming that my request had been allocated to Ms. Ashmika Chetty, who would revert to me. However, I have since not received any substantive feedback, except for repeated emails notifying me that I am in arrears. Each time I follow up, I am told my request has been allocated to Ms. Chetty, but she has not contacted me. I have called numerous times and was put on hold until I ran out of airtime, and I even sent a follow up email requesting a formal callback, but I have not received any response. Given the lack of communication, I kindly request that my case be urgently reallocated to a different representative who can assist me promptly. I also request urgent feedback on my debt restructuring application and that my contract be extended by three months to accommodate the arrears and enable me to repair my vehicle.
