Contract/processes contradicts actual work

Privately purchasing car with MFC, paid compulsory R968.00 for car assessment to ensure they sell car in good condition,after assessment,the car is still with seller and i will make an appointment with seller to fetch it, they wont give me anything to say the car is still in good condition as of the date of collection.(mind u car is being driven) <br> They expect one to sign a contract to say goods are received in good order which is not true because they still have to make payment to the seller and that's when one may get the vehicle. <br> These are things i was never told upfront by anyone, its then that i even realize or learn that they are even Choc Net contracted by MFC. Onthe phone they tell you different information from what they tell when you on emails.They even force you to take and pay the insurance of a car you not in possession of, my insurance was suppose to start onthe first and they wanted it to start onthe 27th but i still dont have the car.They even have guts to advise you to cancel the contract f you not happy with their services,<br> I DO NOT WANNA CANCEL, I NEED GOOD SERVICE I DESERVE AS A CONSUMER<br> This is the worse service i ever encountered with finance company, its bad.
