Contract hoarders

Have a financial plan with MFC as is and since the conception of the contract I have been with insurance; it has been over three months now of me sending them my proof of insurance only for them to reject it saying it is not sufficient evidence as per a section within their contract; I have had the contract sent to me prior by the car dealer yet upon its request cause I lost the original they are failing to send me a copy yet they are the first with the never-ending calls when you miss a debit order... I have been rescinding their debit orders and will continue to do so until they have provisioned me with the requested information cause no one can afford to pay for two insurances in such economy.
