Consultant impatient with me on the request of a quote

Today I called in mfc for a few quotes for my vehicle finances and this consultant “Thami Zondo” was just impatient and did not treat me in a professional manner so mfc please do something otherwise me a your client I’m not happy and it seems like your interest rates go up on a daily basis there’s also a few things I did understand but because of the impatience of your consult he had rushed to hang up the phone without helping me…!
