Confused
I am actually confused.
I made a contact with MFC agent beginning of the month after realizing that I wont meet my commitment for the month. He requested that I pay R2000 towards my installment on the day, which I agreed to, and he further advise that I callback in 3 days once its cleared to make an arrangement to settle the outstanding.
After 3 days I called as agreed and spoke to Dustin, low and behold, was told were to get off, didn't know that the bank can contact itself that manner - to an extend of calling a customer a **** and that there's no point in engaging, He decided to tell me he cannot engage and I must call Client Service.
After the call was dropped I called client service and spoke to Nosipho, totally different and very professional and agreed to arrangement and she gave me a breakdown - advising that I do make sure I commit to that.
Today I get a call from ********** (strange but happens to be MFC). The gentlemen is calling regarding my account and to see if he can assist with making arrangements, ok to my surprise, he's mentions to me that arrangement was decline by Dustin, how does Dustin who didn't even want to engage even reject an arrangement cause we didn't even get to that point. Only person that dealt with making of arrangement was Nosipho. When I mentioned Nosipho's name, now I am being advised that nothing was loaded and the gentlemen will revert back to me.
Can client services assist on this, as I find it very strange that MFC with its system and processing can have a customer engage with 4 agents and still have this confusion. Also can it be confirmed that ********** is MFC number. I have dealt with MFC and never received a call from this number
I requested a ref number and was advised an SMS will be sent shortly, nothing was sent. Every call I have had with MFC was followed by SMS or email to confirm what was agreed, not today
