Complaint resolved without being investigated

i laid a complaint with MFC last week and someone contacted me to say they are handling my complaint and they will advise, but surprisingly today i received and SMS to say my complaint has been resolved and closed. how can be a complaint be resolved without giving me a feedback ? someone is clearly not doing their job here. i will never do business or advise any of my family members to do business with MFC if this is how they treat their customers
