Complaint Regarding Unauthorized Early Debit Orders

I am extremely dissatisfied with the manner in which MFC continues to handle my debit order. On numerous occasions, my account has been debited before the agreed payment date. This is not only a direct breach of our agreement but also an unacceptable financial practice.

The consequences of these unauthorized early debits are severe. This repeated action has left me without access to the limited funds I rely on to provide for my children, fuel, and food. A car installment is a significant amount, and when it is deducted prematurely, it causes a direct and devastating impact on my livelihood.

I have raised complaints several times, yet the problem persists. The lack of corrective action shows disregard for customer rights and well-being. I cannot stress enough how deeply unhappy and frustrated I am with this recurring issue. It undermines my ability to plan, strips me of financial control, and places me in undue hardship during already difficult economic times.

I trust that MFC will finally take this complaint with the seriousness it deserves.
