Complaint Regarding MFC Car Finance I would like to raise my concern about the bad treatment my fiancée received from MFC. This month, MFC deducted R10,000 for her car installment instead of the agreed R8,000. When she contacted them for clarification, they claimed it was because they did not have proof of insurance on their system. However, at no point did they ask her for this proof or notify her of such a requirement before making the excessive deduction. This kind of treatment is unfair and unprofessional. Customers should be properly informed before any additional deductions are made. I would like to advise anyone dealing with MFC to be cautious and double-check their statements regularly.
