Complaint against Market Car Sales

After 16 months of bad service of the dealers at Market Car Sales I have submitted a complaint to MFC against the dealership Market Car Sales in Boksburg (I was not aware that you can hand in a complaint at the bank therefore I have only submit my complaint on the 29th of October 2015) <br> <br> I had a reply from a R Kuit from MFC:<br> \Maam please understand no one is happy to sell a problematic vehicle. None of the 9 salesmen own firearms so i doubt you would have had one pointed to your head to buy the tata. <br> I will cc albert into this mail"<br> R Kuit<br> <br> This answer was totally uncalled for as I have battled for the last 16 months with my car and had no joy from Market Car Sales and definitely don't need an sarcastic answer from this R Kuit at MFC.<br> <br> All I want is my car to be fixed....
