Complaint about added insurance fees without notification

Why would you add R1000 on top of the debit amount because I didn’t submit proof of insurance, that time you have the wrong email address, nobody called me to let me know that the amount would be added because I’m not submitting proof of insurance. What are the terms of that insurance you added on my account??? *****ulent behaviour
