I never knew we still have call centre agents who just hang up on you in this day and age🤦🏾♀️

I called MFC this morning, I’m trying to get a settlement balance on my vehicle and the agent claimed I’m non responsive so yeah, and in fact I’ve had a ongoing issue with MFC but didn’t really care much because I knew I’m not going to use them ever again should I need to purchase another vehicle so this seals it.
