Complaint

I am very disappointed and disgusted by mfc services. I app**** to cancel added benefits with them 06/06/21 today I am writing this review 26/08/21 it has not yet been done. I call every week to get the same script “it has not been done but I will escalate it will the department”. Then followed by call the under writers on ***. Services are poor and pathetic for huge corporation to be behaving this way. I would honestly not advise anyone to use their services if you want a headache.
