Complain MFC

I would like to put a complain. I was a victim of ***** through MFC vehicles finance, my details were used to purchase a vehicle in 2021. I opened a case last year (2021) June. The bank has issued a letter of confirmation of settlement of the vehicle but they have not removed this *****ulent account under my name, as result I can not re-new my own car license disc. I have been calling the whole day today since 10am in the morning and I'm not getting assistance, they sending me back and from with no tangible assistance
