Communication Problems

Suddenly started receiving emails that I need to provide proof of insurance which I have done multiple times, then receive an email that they will add R1800 to my monthly installment because I haven't provided the proof. HOW can I provide the proof if your emails is obviously not working. Then you also said you tried to contact me multiple times, I have received zero calls, only one email which I have rep**** to before.
