Communication problem

I am under debt review. My debt consultants arranged everything with my creditors. I paid my dues diligently, but in 2013 my husband lost his job and I arranged not to make a payment in December 2013. I didn't get any feedback from MFC and was under the impression that everything was ok. I got a few calls in 2014, but due to the nature of my job, I could not answer my phone in the mornings. When I called back, nobody knew who was looking for me or the phone just rang and rang. Now my account has been handed over to Bankcol International and if I do not pay the outstanding amount, my vehicle would be repossessed. Apparently MFC has terminated my being under debt review without informing me. A certain Anemarie Kruger from Bankcol was very arrogant and treated me like a ******** on the phone. She did not even listen to my explanation but just kept on talking. I tried again to call Mr Seduke to no avail as his phone keeps on ringing.. I hope I can sell my car ASAP as I want nothing to do with MFC ever again.
