Collection

Took a call from collection department spoke to Rochelle at the end of the payment agreement, she asked me "WHERE ARE GOING TO GET THE MONEY FROM ?". No sure if this is on MFC script for collections or is just someone out of line here?? In my view is totally unacceptable business practice Call Time:8;29 AM
