Clueless unprofessional MFC

I have contacted mfc in regards to finance I was told by three separate people that they can do finance on a learners licence provided there is a nominated driver. I was then told they can't do it then they got back to me saying that they can do the application provided we have confirmation that the insurance will insure a learner driver I was then told after insuring a car that I don't even own yet that no sorry they can't help me. I have had enough nobody at MFC seems to know what they talking about. I would understand if it was one person, but three? Sorry to say this but your staff clearly don't know what they are doing. That is absolutely ridiculous I want a call from somebody at mfc that actually knows what they are doing in the next hour or I will take it further to the ombudsman. This level of service is far beyond appalling you can contact me on *** I want feedback immediately.
