closing my account

I have an account with MFC for my vehicle. on the 30th of November I made an EFT payment for my monthly instalment, I then requested a settlement letter on the 02/12/2015. the letter stated that the settle amount is R84595.91 including payment on the 30/11/2015 and INCLUDING ALL ARREARS amounts. I sent proof of payment to [Email Removed] as well as to Fikile so that the account can be closed and my papers be sent and everytime I get told that there is still an amount outstanding, as the payment I made was seen as an advance.<br> when I called on the 4th I specifically asked what the total outstanding is and the consultant I spoke to confirmed the settlement amount as per the letter. i spoke to Keneilwe on the 14th to find out if they have received the proof and she still have not received it, I then emailed It to her directly for it to be updated, so if they did not have the proof of payment for the 30th how can you now say it was seen as an advance. I done everything I needed to do, I paid the outstanding. can this be delt with ASAP
